Mint Condition is an editorial guide to graded Pokémon cards and comics. You can browse the catalog and research library without creating an account.
Information We Collect
- Standard server logs used to operate, secure, and improve the site.
- Basic aggregate traffic information, such as pages viewed and referring sites.
- No payment-card data. Purchases happen on third-party retailer and auction sites.
Accounts and Saved Lists
Sign-in pages are handled by our identity provider, Clerk, under its own privacy terms. When you use the Vault, Mint Condition stores the catalog identifiers you save alongside your Clerk account identifier. We do not store grades, purchase prices, or collection values.
Affiliate Tracking
Outbound links may contain affiliate parameters. If you make a qualifying purchase, a partner may pay Mint Condition a commission at no extra cost to you. Those partners apply their own privacy and cookie policies on their websites.

No payment details, because Mint Condition sells nothing directly. We do not sell, rent, or trade any of it.
Deleting Your Data
Stopping the emails. The unsubscribe link in any email marks your subscription inactive. The emails stop right away, but the record stays in our database.
Deleting the record. Email hello@codemodeapps.com from the address you signed up with and we will erase it, including any account and saved list. Requests are handled by hand, so allow up to 30 days, and we will confirm once it is done.
Deleting Your Data
You can remove individual items from the Vault yourself at any time, which deletes those saved records straight away.
To have everything erased, including your Vault contents and the account record itself, send a request through our contact page from the address you signed up with. Requests are handled by hand, so allow up to 30 days, and we will confirm once it is done. Deleting your Clerk account also removes the sign-in record Clerk holds.
