Why collectors care

How to identify it
Number 223/197, a full-art secret rare (number above the printed set size) from Obsidian Flames. Confirm the set to separate it from the many other Charizard ex cards.
Common mistakes
Several Charizard ex cards exist; match the 223/197 Obsidian Flames full art specifically. Modern textured surfaces mark easily.
Grade considerations
Modern centering standards are strict and PSA 10 rates on textured full arts run lower than collectors expect. Centering and whitening are the usual limiters.
